Mastermind: We have been thinking about for so long now. But we always stepped back from it because there are so many already! However after looking around and seeing some of them we right away realized that there is room to grow here. Most of them are not where they should be. Don't get me wrong they are pretty good. However, most of them are all about the same...

The perfect example of this. Before you have seen GSDCON by Mike Arce and the Loud Rumor team you might have said Fitness Business Conferences are great and you get a lot out of them.

So we are doing the same for our Mastermind Group!

We are going to launch two separate ones.

1. For Personal Trainers who are making 5 figures and want to make multiple 6 figures.

2. Gym Owners who are making 6 figures and want to make multiple 7 figures.

We have the perfect formula because when I started about 8 years ago I started with no money in my pocket and no English knowledge, without knowing anyone at all in the U.S.

So I started from absolute nothing and got where we are today with hard work and by networking and building an amazing team.

We not only have done that but when I looked around it was very hard to find a mastermind group by a person who still runs and operates studios. Then I was able to find a few.

However, it was almost impossible to find a mastermind group that is being run by a person that not only has one but have more than 6 or even 3 for that matter that was built from profits on time, on budget and made a profit in month 1 that is not a franchise. It's their own that they have built and still operate today.

So to me, I have quickly learned that we need to jump in and create the most amazing Fitness Business Mastermind Group 4U!

Have a plan, Best Case - Worst Case what would both look like to you? 5. Kill the PRE SALE GAME. It will save you tons of money, time and energy. 6. Have the Coaches & Sales team ready to go 100% 7. Phone Needs to be answered Text/Voice in the first 5 min. 8. Have an amazing deal that can not be ignored with limited time and spot. 9. Pitch to all local bloggers, news and influencers, invite them for a free workout, cookout, grand opening party, podcast recording collaborate. 10. No Matter what go above and beyond. Overpromise and over-deliver.

My Golden Rule

1. Your current location is at full capacity and there is no way you can add any more revenue its maxed out. You are in high demand ad you have utilized everything possibly you can from supplements, clothing you name it.

2. Your current location is capable of paying for your next location for a whole year in case your next location isn't working out. Not just for rent but for everything.

3. You can go on a 30-day vacation and your current location is thriving while you are gone.

2. George Foreman III is an entrepreneur, professional boxer, trainer/coach, founder of EverybodyFights and son of businessman and former two-time heavyweight champion George Foreman

3. Dan Churchill is the WORLD MOST EXCITING CELEBRITY CHEF! He is not only good looking and probably one of the nicest person I have ever meet in my life his cooking is also amazing. There is a lot to learn from him. Especially about branding and craving out a niche market! I went to his restaurant in NYC called Charley St. It is the the hangout place of the celebrities and even greater is that they come in to make their famous espresso with a macchiato finish. It is very cool and then of course there is some cooking involved. He had amazing people like: Adrian Grenier, Naomi Watts, Lindsey Vonn and so many more!

4. Nick and Dan from Fit Degree are revolutionizing how we manage our studios. They see the pain fitness studio owners see while using mindbody and they are cutting off the fat and adding in what studio owners actually need.

5. Lastly I have Katie Sampayo who I respect a lot because she have decided to ditch everything and follow her heart! She have created a career and business around what she loves.

David grew up in India, where his parents and siblings still reside. He is currently based in Dunedin, Florida with his beautiful wife and lovely daughter.
