This week is all about content creation and video
How we can get better, generate more leads and make more sales 💸
During our guest interview, Steve shared what's working right now for his FitPro clients when it comes to generating more engagement from video
Then yesterday, we talked all about creating a piece of content and posting it in 5 different locations
Today, I'm sharing two important things you should do when it comes to creating content
But first...are you in our FREE Facebook Group?

So what I have coming your way, is two tips
1️⃣ The type of video
2️⃣ How to make sure people watch enough of that video
Sometimes when we post a video out on social media, we're having to fight against all our competitors
Its all about catchy headlines
And everyone will be competing 🔥
But the one type of video that always does well is a top tips video
That's why we do it!
People want the help
So I suggest at least once a week you put out a top tips video
For example...
✅ 5 great core workouts
✅ 5 easy ways to build bigger biceps
Now to get people to engage with most of your video, it's always important to state which tip is your favourite
Make it tip 3 or 4
Keep them watching 👀
Keep them wanting to know, guessing what's coming, and staying engaged
Remember the aim is to keep them engaged with your content
So that's what's working right now
David :)
This week is all about creating content & video to help you generate more leads, create more engagement and make. more sales
Yesterday, Steve from HD Creative shared what he does for his FitPro clients to create great video content to generate more leads & make more sales
Today, I'm sharing how we create one piece of content and share it across 5 different channels every single day
Watch, listen or read?
Everything starts here > I'm recording this video
Every week we have a range of topics we want to talk about
We make a plan and we film a video for every single day
Once the content has been filmed, Morgan then turns this into the FitPro Lead Gen Show which goes onto YouTube as a video...this is step number 1️⃣
From there, he takes the audio off the video and posts it onto the podcast via Anchor
Anchor also shares it to Spotify and Itunes, this is step number 2️⃣
Elsie then watches the video and transcribes everything I say into text
That text gets added to the YT and Anchor descriptions and also gets sent out as an email - step number 3️⃣
Plus, it gets sent out on social media - step number 4️⃣
Finally, it is added to our blog on the website
When you head over to the blog you will see the video, the podcast and the transcription - and thats step number 5️⃣
So....thats how we create one piece of content and share it across 5 different channels ❗️
It really is that easy!
David :)
This week we're looking at content creating, specifically, video 📹

Let's dive in ➡️
On Monday Paul Oldham talked all about what he does in his own business and how he's progressing post lockdown
He spoke all about understanding your target audience
Their desires, their needs, their wants 😇
And this makes it so much easier to create the perfect programme for them
This is how you keep them motivated, supported and happy
The rewards and events they want, the family feel of your programme
They won't leave because they have built so many connections
⬇️
Tuesday I shared 5 things we do to keep our clients at DKnine
We spoke about:
➡️ Resetting goals - we want to keep resetting them, lifting the bar, creating something new to focus on and challenge them
➡️ Building relationships - making sure you know loads about them. People love it when you remember details of their lives
➡️ Fitness studios - don't complete them too soon! We bring in new equipment every 6 months. Our clients get excited, they put in requests and they really feel part of the gym
➡️ Scheduling events - take people outside of the gym. This will give them dates to work towards and encourage more friendships
➡️ Rewards & surprises - give them things they aren't expecting. They will feel appreciated
⬇️
Then on Wednesday we spoke all about understanding their journey
Say they are on a 6-week front end offer
We have welcome packs, vouchers, gift bags, nutrition courses...and loads more
But we don't want to give them all at once
Overdo it and people will feel overwhelmed and confused ❌
Drip feed everything you offer 😎
⬇️
Finally, on Thursday we spoke about moving beyond our FEO
Every 3 months, make sure you're giving them a new challenge, new target, new reward
Inspire them, motivate them
Plan their journey with you up to 24 months
Keep moving forwards!! 💪
THIS is how you make sure clients stay with you long-term 👏
David :)
This week is all about maintaining and growing your client base by keeping them happy, getting them results and keeping them for as long as possible 😎
On Monday Paul shared what he does in his fitness business, how he survived lockdown and continues to thrive and move forward
On Tuesday we looked at 5 things that we do at DKnine to keep clients
And yesterday we looked at one thing working really well for us ✅
One thing that makes a significant difference to how long a client stays with you is programming what your 6,12, 18 and 24 month period will look like when they're with you
We don't want them to get set in their ways 😞
And stop progressing
Make sure every 3 months something happens
✅ Re-assign their goals
✅ Well done certificates
✅ Flowers on their birthday
✅ Anniversary hoody when they've been with you for 1 year
What else will motivate and inspire them?
➡️ Celebrate their wins
➡️ Show off their achievements
➡️ Challenge them
➡️ Plan events
Keep showing them why sticking with you is the right thing to do 👏
David :)
This week is all about building a connection with clients, keeping them long-term and having them as an excellent referral machine 😎
On Monday we had Paul Oldham shared his experiences within his fitness business to keep his clients long-term even through lockdown
Yesterday we looked at 5 things we do to keep our clients staying with us as long as possible
Today though, we're talking about What's Working right now for us at DKnine

Let's dive in
⬇️
So far, when it comes to client retention we've spoken all about rewarding them, buying new equipment, organising events, sending birthday cards etc
But the one thing that makes the biggest difference is the foundation we build when someone joins us
When someone joins us, its a 6-week programme
We know during this time we can get them great results 😎
It's long enough to get results, but not so long they achieve everything & leave
Over that 6 week period, we space everything we give them out
We build them up slowing 🔥
So they don't get overwhelmed by everything all at once
Weeks 1-5 are all about a slow build
Starting with them simply showing up, moving onto setting smaller goals, tracking nutrition, a gifted t-shirt and so on...
And then at the end of the 6-weeks is when we do the measurements, weight and set some future goals
By the end of the 6 weeks, they feel comfortable in their environment and motivated to continue
It's all about making them feel welcome and not out of their depth
David :)
This week is all about how to build that relationship and keep clients long-term
Yesterday, Paul shared his experiences and what he does within his own fitness business to build strong relationships, keep clients through covid and beyond
Today I have 5 things that we do at DKnine to keep our client retention high 😎
But...before we do dive in
Have you joined us inside our FREE Facebook Group?
https://www.facebook.com/fitproleadgen
In here we share everything from downloads, guides, hints, tips and loads more you need to keep growing your fitness business 💪

Let's dive in ⬇️
1️⃣ Re-set The Goal Posts
When a client joins initially, they have a goal for their 6 weeks
The 6 weeks is up, they've stayed an extra couple of months and now it's time to re-set their goals
Every quarter we have a chat with a client about working towards a different target
Maybe they have a holiday coming up, a challenge, a charity event
This way they are always striving for more
2️⃣ Core Values & Acknowledgements
This is something we work hard on
Everything we care about, and how we interact
We want to make sure we know about their families and pets
So if its a quiet session we can have an in-depth conversion
Whats going on in their lives, their family life, how their weekend was
Then, the following session we can follow-up
The moment you remember something small like that, the moment they feel really cared for
3️⃣ Don't Kit Your Studio All At Once
When we started, we didn't have loads of money, we borrowed
And year on year we've been replacing equipment, updating it and just getting more and more in
This has actually worked out well. We can keep clients excited about the new equipment on the way
We are constantly growing and improving and clients LOVE to see it
4️⃣ Social Events
Most of our clients don't have much of a social life outside of work and family
So we create events
We ask them what they want, and we organise it
Meals out, bowling, go-karting, yoga, pilates
This is a great way to get people making friends inside and outside of the studio
And that will in turn keep them with you for longer
5️⃣ Rewards & Surprises
When a new client joins us, we send them a postcard
They wake up one day and have a card from us thanking them for joining the programme
That's a surprise they were not expecting
We also send birthday cards and presents
We donate to their charity events coming up
If someone in the family has been ill, we send a card
These are just small ways to show your clients you're more than just a gym ❤️
⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️
All of these things keep people invested and bonded with your fitness business
And these are 5 things we do to keep our solid client base ⭐️
David :)
This week we're looking away from generating leads....
And into client retention 😎
This week our guest interview is with Paul Oldham
Paul is talking all about:
✅ His experiences over lockdown
✅ How he's welcomed all of his clients back
✅ How he keeps his clients for well over 2 years
Enjoy!

On Monday, Alex Brown came on and spoke all about what she does within her fitness business and for her FitPro clients
She talked all about content
Content plays a massive part in generating engagement, interest, leads and helping sales
She spoke all about making sure you speak to your target audience
Everything you should write should be specific to one person
Adding CTA's
And posting regularly
Check it out if you haven't already 😎
⬇️
On Tuesday I shared 5 tips
1️⃣ Post regularly - build that know, like & trust
2️⃣ Ask questions - spark that positive engagement
3️⃣ Reply to comments - show you're active and engaged
4️⃣ Run polls - people love to vote!
5️⃣ Tag clients in posts - you will show up on loads more newsfeeds
⬇️
On Wednesday we spoke about emails 📧
Especially if you're collecting prospects emails. Make the most of them.
We send newsletters and offer emails out
In those emails we always add a deposit link 💸
'5 more spaces, click the link, pay your £50 deposit and secure your space'
⬇️
On Thursday, we spoke about making sure you target your audience
Make sure your posts are specific ✅
Make sure your images are specific ✅
Make sure your videos are specific ✅
Talk to your audience
Grab their attention 💪
⬇️
So what a week it has been
We've covered so much! ✅

This week has been all about generating content to generate engagement, leads & sales
On Monday, Alex shared what she does for her own fitness business and Fitpro clients when it comes to writing social media and email content
Tuesday, we looked at 5 things you need to be doing when it comes to social media 5️⃣
Yesterday we talked all about the type of email working for DKnine right now
And today I have a foundational tip for you 😎
One thing I want you to consider is to make sure you write content specific for your target audience
Whether its a post, a poll, a question...whatever
If you work with busy over 30s, don't start writing about six-packs and Ibiza holidays 🤣
If you're a Crossfit setup don't start browsing smoothie recipes for busy mums who want to loose 5 stone 😣
So make sure when you write your content it matches your audience
This needs to go hand in hand with the image and videos you use
This way you are sparking exactly the right engagement ✅
David :)
