This week is all about creating content, emails and social media posts to generate engagement, leads and sales 💰
On Monday, Alex Brown shared how she does this for her own fitness business and her Fitpro clients
Yesterday we covered 5 things you need to do to make sure you generate that engagement 😎
And today I'm sharing whats working for us right now
⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️
What's working well is EMAIL
So many people forget to send out emails 😣
You see, we run ads, collect their name, email & phone numbers
We've got them, we've paid for them, we use them 💪
Every week we send out a newsletter, whatever is going on at DKnine, any blogs, any recipes
Then, every now and then we post an offer out
With a simple deposit link: £50 to secure their space
And this...WORKS ❗️
If we asked for £189 upfront we wouldn't get much traction
But what's working right now is writing a good quality email and sending out those deposit offer links 💪

This week is all about creating content to generate engagement, leads & sales 😎
Yesterday, Alex talked all about what she's doing for her own fitness business and her fitpro clients with social media and emails
Today, I'm sharing 5 things you need to be doing every single day with your social media posts to generate engagement, leads and make more sales ❗️
WAIT
Before we dive in...
Have you joined us inside our FREE Facebook Group? FitPro Lead Gen With Dave!
Simply search us on FB, request to join and get access to LOADS of tips, tricks, guest interviews, guides, trainings and so much more
So here are 5 things you need to consider to smash your social media
1️⃣ How often you post
When a prospect comes to your page or account, we want to make sure they're seeing up to date content
They want to know you're still active
They want to be reassured and trust you
We recommend posting twice a day
Head back to Alex's interview yesterday for social media post ideas
2️⃣ Keep it positive 😇
People will always talk about the good things, the things that impress people
So if you're posting negative posts, people will not comment, they will not engage
But if you post 'tell me your most favourite workout'
This is positive and people will engage, they will want to impress others
3️⃣ REPLY!
Whatever sort of post, whenever you get a comment...REPLY!
This will make more people engage with your posts
Plus, it lets them know you want to engage with them and they will engage more on future posts too
4️⃣ Run a poll
We use this all the time. We run polls
'Breakfast Ideas'
'Favourite Time To Train'
People LOVE to engage with polls
And when they do engage, message them privately. Thank them for taking part in your poll and start that conversation
This is a great way to turn someone into a lead
5️⃣ Tag clients
Try and find ways you can reach more people with your posts
Simply tag your clients in the post and all of their friends will see this post too
This way you're spreading your post, more people are seeing it and you will get loads more engagement
⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️
So those are 5 things to really consider when posting on your social media channels
Keep building that KLT 💪

Now for an overview of our week on setting goals!
⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️
The best place to start is with our Guest Interview on Monday
Ben set the scene ✅
He talked all about setting really big goals for himself in his business
Ben talked all about how the last 18 months everything fell out of place 😣
Motivation dwindled, things paused and he stopped moving forwards
So if this sounds like something you have experienced, head back and check out this interview 😁
Ben talks all about how to re-focus and re-energize
⬇️
Then on Tuesday, we looked at things you should consider when it comes to setting these big goals
1️⃣ Have the love, the desire, the enthusiasm to make this happen
2️⃣Review points
3️⃣ Time for yourself
4️⃣Reward yourself!!
⬇️
Lastly, make sure you are setting realistic goals
Put the foundations in place and consider if it's achievable. Have others done it? Yes. Figure out how they did it. Research!! 🤓
The best possible thing you can do is set big goals for yourself but it really really needs to be achievable
Nothing worse than setting a goal that's out of your reach and being left disappointed and unmotivated
I hope this helps!
Perhaps this is the weekend you set yourself some BIG goals? 🤗
David :)
This week has been all about creating really big goals and making sure we smash them
On Monday Ben explained how he has done this within his businesses and generally within life ✅
Tuesday I covered 5 things we need to be doing to strive for our goals
And yesterday I shared what's working for us when it comes to progressing and hitting our goals 🔥
Today, I'm chatting about one foundational thing you need to be doing when you set yourself some big goals
You see...
When we set these big goals, things we dream of, opening a studio, reaching a milestone, getting your income to a certain level
There are things we must consider
Creating & setting goals for yourself is the key to success and growth
But they have to be realistic ➡️
If it's way beyond and you never get there, you will feel demotivated 😣
So when you set your goals, consider whether this has been done before?
People are opening studios, we opened one in a city with no reputation
If others have done it, so can you! 😁
'I want to get 300 members'
Have others? Yes. So what do you need to do to achieve the same?
'I want to get my fitness business to 10k a month'
Has this been achieved previously? Yes. What does it take to get there?
We need to set goals that motivate us and allow us to grow and conquer our goals, but we need them to be realistic 💪
So have a look what others are doing, if it's achievable by them, you can do it too! 😎

This week is all about setting massive goals for yourself and then making sure you strive for them ✅
On Monday, Ben talked all about the awesome goals that he consistently sets himself and his businesses
Yesterday, I shared 5 things you need to do to make sure you hit your targets
Today though, we're looking at something that works for us when it comes to goal-setting 🤗
I'm sharing our experience when it comes to finding our second facility
This is probably something a lot of you are considering or will consider in the future
Finding that unit 😆
You see...
We were working outside of someone elses gym
And one day we decided we would set ourselves 1 year to find out own facility
We hunted for our own facility for a long time
We looked, researched, got rejected
And then we drifted 😣
We got close to 2 years and still hadn't found out the facility
We weren't committed enough!
Then one day someone posted a unit available in Cardiff
It was 2 hours away from everything we knew
So, my dream, passion, the overriding goal was to find my own unit
But it was 2 hours away
And I decided to take this risk 😃
It meant I had to start from scratch
And this is when its KEY that you have the desire to make it work 🤓
I needed that passion to give me the confidence to move everything
Here we are in Cardiff with 2 full-time coaches, a gym manager and almost 150 clients
Now we're looking at Newport, about 20 mins down the road
Again, we set ourselves a goal of about 1 year
We looked, couldn't find much and things fizzled out...
BUT THEN ⬇️
We outsourced and someone was able to find us our unit
So, we have our unit and we're ready and waiting to get started in January
However...
This gym does NOT have parking, it's in the city centre ❌
Luckily, we're motivated, passionate...and we will make it work
We're laying the foundations and looking forward to a successful launch
Make sure you're happy to step out of your comfort zone
Be patient and stay consistent 💪
Success will come
David :)
This week's training is all about thumbnails, whether it's on YouTube or Facebook. Thumbnails need to be easy to read for the viewer, if not, you'll risk losing their interest and losing that view. So the best way to think about when making your thumbnails is to keep them simple, easy to read and not too cluttered.
Using Canva we can easily create simple, easy to read thumbnails that are sure to grab the attention of the viewer and avoid any drop that may come from poor thumbnail design.
As I usually state in these training videos, drive your decisions by data. If your thumbnails are beginning to drive the CTR down then maybe it's time to rethink the design of them and aim for that high CTR.
Be sure to leave any suggestions in the comments section for any future training videos.
Cheers :)

This week is all about setting massive goals and smashing them ❗️
Yesterday, Ben shared his experiences starting, building and achieving his goals in both of his businesses 💪
Today, we've got 5 things coming your way to help you smash your goals
Before we dive in ⬇️
Are you in our FREE Facebook group? FitPro Lead Gen with Dave
In here we have a 5-day challenge to building the foundations to a 10k fitness business, downloads, guest interviews & so much more
----->> https://www.facebook.com/groups/fitproleadgen
Here are 5 ways to make sure you keep smashing your goals ✅
1️⃣ Before you start pushing the boundaries you need to consider 3 things:
You need to love it - if you aren't in love with it, you will struggle
You need to desire it - you have to really really want this
You need to be passionate - you need to wake up excited, go to sleep excited, because hard days will come
2️⃣ Review points
It can be quarterly, every 6 months, depending on how big your target is
Our target to open the new studio was 1 year
We took a couple of months to find the studio
We're waiting another couple of months to open the studio
And then we need to find the staff
These are things we will tick off quarterly
Set regular review points and make sure you get there slowly & steadily
3️⃣ Take a break
Your goal is long-term, but the desire, the love, the passion you have sometimes needs to be sparked back to life
So make sure you have some time off
Go away, turn your electronics off
Relax
Because when you get back you will feel 10x more passionate about your goals
4️⃣ Set benchmarks
If your target is to build the studio up to 300 clients
And you think it will take 1 year maybe 18 months
Reward yourself at every 100 clients
You need to re-motivate yourself, keep you on track
5️⃣ Hire some help
It's a big target and you need someone to hold you accountable
Things can pop up, things can become stuck
For us, we hunted for ages for a second studio
But it wasn't until we got someone to start looking for us, they found us the perfect one
Hire a coach, get the help, the guidance and keep moving forwards
⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️
So those are 5 things I think you should consider when it comes to reaching your goals 🥅

In the meantime... here's an overview of the week
⬇️
We started the week off with Juli who shared her experiences with reading 1 book! She claimed she read this book: Atomic Habits and implemented it all and it's made a huge different to her fitness business 😎
Now, you can see from the way she's talking and shes really clear and understanding of habits
So if there' sone thing to take away from Juli's interview
Is to make use of what people are giving us in these books!
Her fitness business is now thriving 😁
⬇️
On Tuesday, I sharedthings you need to be doing over the coming days, weeks & months
1️⃣ Pay your bills
Seperate your taxes, your wages, your VAT and pay it FIRST
If you aren't in a position to do this, and your outgoings are too big, you probably need to cut back
2️⃣ Critical tasks
Get this done every morning, like clockwork!
You will feel accomplished and set up ready for the day
3️⃣Personal development
Make sure you have enough time for this. Find the time to read a book, to exercise, watch some trainings, reach out to a mentor...this guidance and personald development is key
4️⃣ Relax and recover
Don't over do it. You WILL burn out. In order to be your best, you need to feel it
⬇️
Then on Wednesday we talked about another habit. We want you to make sure you're tracking your numbers:
Cost per click ✅
Cost per lead ✅
Cost per consultation ✅
Cost per sale ✅
And we said if you really want to focus on just 2, it's cost per lead and cost per sale
That way you will know how well your ad is working, and how much each sale is costing you ✅
⬇️
So, work on your habits, have time to yourself, and this will work in your favour and also in your businesses favour 😎
