All-time Ole Miss basketball great Murphy Holloway sits down with Ben Garrett of the Ole Miss Spirit (OMSpirit.com) in this edition of The Flagship, powered by College Corner, and a member of the Talk of Champions podcast network. 

Holloway is now serving as a graduate assistant under first year Ole Miss head coach Chris Beard. The Rebels, following a win over Mount St. Mary’s on Tuesday, are 8-0 to start a season for the first time since 2007.

Holloway finished his Rebel career as the school record-holder for rebounds (1,093). He was the only player in SEC history to post 1,400 points, 1,000 rebounds and 190 steals. He had 39 career double-doubles, the second-most all-time at Ole Miss.

Holloway as a professional played for 13 different teams across several different countries from 2013 to 2022.
