We go over each habit and how each one applies to us, which habits we are good at, and how we would like to improve on others. We share our thoughts on naps, how to get your kids on board with you napping, and what our optimal bed time is. Shellee gives her real thoughts on her in-laws, which got complicated when we actually tried to add up how many people are in our family (hint-there are a lot, we never did get the to actual number). We reminisce on a 7k Shellee talked Brandy and Brittany into doing with her and how Brandy's husband incorporates his favorite "sport" into every aspect of life that he can. We dive a little deeper into the meaning of motherhood, and how Brandy's teaching career is impacting more than just the students she teaches.
