In this we take a look into my holiday season while forging a new path to living independently. There was painful change and beautiful results. I am excited to share how I survived this difficult time and point out the tools and strategies I used to get through. I hope you find this enlightening and encouraging as you do your own personal development work!
**Please forgive my choppy audio around the 25 minute mark! As I was on my 2nd full take of this episode my husband came into my room and scared me. I had to stop and restart to edit out the cursing...lol...so that is why it stops and starts for a moment. I was not about to do a third recording! Thank you for your grace and patience.
Enjoy!
This episode walks through my journey with the global pandemic and highlights how it produced positive change.
In this episode I open up about my lifetime journey with intense emotions. I go over the problems this caused throughout my life and how it affected who I thought I was as a person. I outline each stage of growth and the pieces of knowledge I gained growing up culminating in this last year....where life has never been more free and full of peace with myself. I hope to give encouragement to anyone who has ever been labeled "too much" or "too sensitive". You are not alone and there is hope for emotional stability. At the end of the show, I coach on ways to develop emotional regulation skills that can help anyone at any age.
In this episode we launch into the Surviving Darkness Series, in which I share parts of my difficult journey to inspire hope, healing and connection with YOU the listener. In Breakdowns, we take a closer look at how we form relationships, maintain them and let go of them if needed. It is my intention to encourage anyone who may be going through a similar struggle.
Please Excuse the audio....with being out 6 months...I'm re-learning how to work the audio programs. Thank you for your compassion and understanding on this issue.
