As people "of The Spirit" we can depend on inspiration over giving the proper amount of time to preparation. Or we can depend fully on preparation and not allow the Spirit to work. In this episode, we talk about how we are learning the balance of both instead of relying on one or the other.

Each of us (Justin and Joel) are big-time creatives, but we each express that creativity in different ways so we explore those differences some today. 

Less about ministry and more about day-to-day life this episode digs into the importance of having spiritual fruit. Having the fruit of the Spirit is in the same context as walking in the Spirit. Where and with who we spend our time in fellowship is the key to what our life will produce.

This episode is more of a Bible study format, and hopefully less of our opinions. As always, we also get into practical applications for daily life, specifically for how to better produce the fruit of The Spirit.

We begin this episode by talking about how church culture can form our idea of the ministry to be something that is such a small part of what ministry really is, and that thing is "pulpit ministry". We have even started hearing people say, "I'm called to preach," and what they mean a lot of times is they're called to the pulpit. In this episode, we want to expand the perspective and give a more complete and real view of what ministry entails.

Maybe because you don't feel a calling to preach in a pulpit you have disqualified yourself as a minister. If this is you, then I believe you will find this episode helpful and encouraging.

Justin and I join with yet another friend from college, David Puentes. We were roommates together for a year and worked together serving the student body the same year. 

David is a young evangelist in Northern California and follows after the voice and heart of God. We continue with talking about walking in the flow of the Holy Ghost and how that looks on a day to day basis.

There is a lot of fake out there and on here, but there is something about someone who is just REAL. I don't want to compare myself to someone else because I'm not where there are and shouldn't try to be who they are. I want to be exactly the individual God wants me to be. Each individual makes up the whole.
