Pastor Brad Kendrick is a busy man. He is a father, husband, pastor, and runs two businesses. Today, I ask him about what a balanced life looks like with those responsibilities.
We discuss a rhythm of rest and how that is an often-neglected, but very critical part of balance.
We talk about a performance mentality, a life of prayer, spirit-led evangelism, and more.
If you want a Spirit-led life without pressure, then this episode is for you.

It's probably the content creator in me, but I think about "how to" questions a lot. But more recently, I've started using an inversion mental exercise and looking at things from a flipped perspective.
For this episode, rather than looking at "How to Be Spirit Led", I considered how NOT to be. The results may seem oddly specific, but that's because they apply to me first. But if you listen and want to be led by the Spirit, then please listen with an openness to these things and the Word that is throughout. It may be that you'll see glimpses of yourself, too, and have some areas to consider.
This isn't a polished script; it's a raw, rough draft that I felt to leave that way.
As always, thank you for listening.
Happy Flow Friday.
Stuck, stagnant, or on a plateau, however you'd describe it, we've all felt it.
I've been feeling this way for the last few months. Life has been interesting to say the least, but this morning I was determined to have a different outcome.
This simple episode is some practical steps that help me get out of a rut, and it's a familiar passage that God ministered to me from today that reminded me what "it" is all about.

Paul told the Thessalonians, "Do not quench the Spirit."
He was, at least in part, talking about prophecy, and while that still applies, I want to talk about quenching the Spirit in our everyday lives.
This podcast is for helping people find, unstop, and live in the flow God has for their lives.
So if you are called, especially if you have a prophetic word over your life, this is a reminder for you.
"Reading more doesn't mean you're learning, and learning more doesn't make you wise."
That statement is a thought I had recently that led to the contents of this episode. As a reader, I like believing I'm learning as much as I read, but we all know that isn't the case.
In 2026, with some practical application, I hope to increase my learning, gain more wisdom, and have outflow. If you share any semblance of this goal, then this episode is for you.
Sometimes, good ministry vs. bad ministry isn’t decided by the contents of a message, but it’s decided by someone's preparation.
This is my sermon preparation process. Much of the process is preparing myself... as you will hear in this episode.
For thirty years, I have witnessed ministry, studied the Bible about ministry, ministered some myself, and learned some ways that ministry should and shouldn't look.
I haven't arrived at a final destination, but the things I share in this are part of my pursuit to be His vessel of honor.

“What if I miss what God wants me to do because I haven’t tried options x, y, or z?”
This is something I question often. There is an overwhelming number of options in life, and as Christians, it is essential to have the right focus to make correct decisions.
Clarity of focus brings clarity of purpose.
The Bible and Prayer are ways to fellowship with God, who orders our steps in the way we should go.
These are some of the things I discuss in this short episode. Enjoy, and share this with a friend.

You feel like you're not doing “enough.” So the answer must be to try harder, right?
The temptation to "do more" and "try harder" always comes to those pursuing a greater purpose, but uncertain what that purpose looks like.
This episode is for you.

Life can easily become overwhelming with all of its twists and turns, which can take the form of career choices, financial struggles, family dramas, etc.
When the path ahead isn’t clear, and you don’t know what tomorrow holds, it’s understandable to feel aimless.
During these times, we have to make life-altering decisions and are tempted to give up.
If you relate to any of that, then you’re in the right place. By the end of this, I pray you’ll have a new clarity on life and some actionable things to take and apply.
