This episode features a conversation between Peter Lees, the FMLM Chief Executive, and Peter Homa, the Director General of Defence Medical Services, who are responsible for all healthcare provision within the British Armed Forces.
They discuss Peter Homa's long career working in the UK healthcare system, and in particular what he has learned as the new DG of Defence Medical Services including how the armed forces responds to crises, adapts, and looks after its staff.
