Episode 91: The Foos discuss Joe C being hungover because he had an eventful Saturday due to his birthday weekend. They discuss Steph and Joe C’s trip to the Mushroom Rally at the K1 Speed in Gardena where they played games and raced on their track. Afterwards, Joe C is handed beers and IPAs by people who went to go see him play with The Fallen Electric in Glendora that night. The Foo proceeds to talk about a series that he hadn’t brought up since the early days of the podcast, Oak Island. He then shares how Dr. Dre recently celebrated his daughter getting into USC on her own. During Geeking Out, Josh talks about how Henry Cavil’s negotiations and demands he is making for his role in the next Superman project to have more control on how they execute the next script. Episode 89: The Foos open up by letting everyone know that they’ve decided to change the name of Nerd News to Geeking Out so that they can be more diverse in their topics. The Foo brings the show to a halt when he has some interesting St. Patrick’s Day facts. Joe C rants about people saying “Thanks for asking” after asked how they’re doing. During Geeking Out, Josh talks about the return of James Gunn as the writer and director of the next Guardians of the Galaxy movie. They talk about the villains in the upcoming Shazam! movie. Ezra Miller may exit from future Flash appearances due to script disagreements. Possible integration strategies with Fox properties and Marvel. The Foo brings up the return of Attack on Titan and things to be revealed based on the manga that he’s been catching up on. The Foos then complain about how short Dragon Ball episodes are when you consider how long the credits and recaps are.
