Well it’s finally upon us! Euro 2012 is up and running and here at the Football Pubcast we’ll stay with you right throughout the 3 week festival of football. To begin with here’s the Extra Time Special we undertook to celebrate the opening game… recorded during a pub crawl through some of Soho’s fine drinking establishments on Friday night

Expect some familiar voices from Pubcast past, loud opinions and live reaction to the unfolding events of Russia v Czech Republic!

The Pubcast crew were in a buoyant mood for Show #81 as the sun finally came out in East London - and with the Champions League and Championship Play-Off Finals to discuss there was plenty of talking points. This weeks show was held in the immediate aftermath of Roy Hodgson's Euro2012 England squad announcement - in fact we started recording just seconds after the official statement had been made! Expect some frank opinions from your Pubcast regulars as they give us their initial reactions in a familiarly impetuous manner. There's also a guest appearance* from none other than Sam Allardyce and his vertically challenged entourage.

If that wasn't enough the gang also look back at the culmination of an action packed Premier League season and ahead to the Champions League final.

90 MINUTES WITH………..SPENCER PRIOR

We said we’d do a few pubcast specials so we kick off with Spencer Prior who kindly gave up his time to join me on an autumn day at Manly Wharf struggling in 26 degrees.

We had great fun doing this one and hope you enjoy the show which we split into two halves as we had so much to talk about oh and he really is 6ft 4!

A 3pm start start this week due to some fella called Floyd Mayweather having a fight, changed the opening music too, can’t afford to pay George Lucas so we sang it ourselves – a great way to introduce new pubcast guys Kev & Rob, even if I do say so this is one of the best pubcasts we’ve done so far – well we really enjoyed it.

- Newcastle Jets take off again

- SBS could be getting a slice of the TV action as the FFA plan next TV deal

- City take the Manchester bragging rights, next up Newcastle and Cisse who certainly knows how to score!

- Cisse post match interview (via translator Ba): I only took shot as I was tired and didn’t want to run. Classic

- Mancini and Fegie blow up at each other and Fergie now stating that City have made the transfer market insane!

- Rooney get’s best goal in 20 years of EPL

- 3 Villa players in boozed brawl and end of season awards – firstly boozed up, secondly an awards night!

- Chelsea could be moving to Battersea Power Station, serious
