Karai and Meredith begin the first part of a series diving into the means of grace and why a robust Christian life cannot happen apart from these. A powerful meditation on the call to action embedded in the Gospel and a look at the persecution Christians faced in the last century in America fighting for justice for the African American.

God provides through WIC and food stamps too and we talk about our experience on WIC and what God taught us in that while challenging the idea of the "welfare queen" that can so often hinder our Kingdom progress. We hope this episode is an encouragement to all to accept the provision of God in and through these government aid programs while also challenging us to take Jesus and Paul at their words to help provide for each others poverty and so fulfill the gospel of Christ in our lives and church communities.
