Following a quick demonstration of Dread Delusion and My Friendly Neighborhood, Head of Operations Ted Hentschke gave us insight into the creation of DreadXP as a games studio and their approach to working with developers.

Working mostly on the game's soundtrack, William Sahl of Angry Demon Studio showed of the upcoming Gori: Cuddly Carnage at the Wired Productions booth at PAX East. We spoke to William following the demo.

Creative Producer Jérémy Satin explained the various elements of their upcoming title Evil West, developed by Flying Wild Hog and published by Focus Entertainment. This was the first time the game was playable for the public and the game already feels impressive.

Mario Lesniewski, Head of Studio at Kool2Play, discussed how Uragun was being developed through extensive iteration using player feedback.

At the Ysbryd Games booth, we got to play a demo of No Place For Bravery, an upcoming title from Glitch Factory. Matt explained the game's real world connections and how they hope to create a story that resonates with people in this interview at PAX East.

One of the most exciting projects in kaiju and tokusatsu is Dawn of the Monsters, a stylish beat-em-up that pays tremendous tribute to the genre. Joined by kaiju academic Nathan Marchand, we spoke with Creative Director Alex Rushdy on the history of the game as well as the potential future.

Sam Prebble of Trigger Happy Interactive talks about how he went from working on DOOM mods to a full fledged FPS game. Turbo Overkill has a lot of the genre elements that boomer shooter fans love and it's available now as an early access game on Steam.
