This week's guest on the FOY is Erin O'Donoghue, Founder and Principal of Hive Collective. Hive Collective has been born out of Erin's passion for sharing what she's learnt about Human Centred Design/Design Thinking, Strategy, Innovation, Creativity and and how they can be used to solve both the simple and complex problems that face us an individuals, organisations and broader society. Since leaving the corporate world, Erin's been undoing a lot of ingrained habits and behaviours. Particularly the masculine energy of doing, achieving and hustling! This last year has seen Erin lean much more into the feminine energy of flow, creativity and trusting her intuition.

In this episode we talk about Erin's commitment to "designing a life around freedom, flexibility, and family” and what that looks like for her; the journey it took to get her to a place where she truly embodies and teaches that in her coaching practice.
