  • FOX News Rundown Extra: A Deep Dive Into Space Force
Back in 2019, the Trump Administration launched Space Force and Congress soon approved redesignating the Air Force Space Command into our sixth military branch. While its creation was both historic and important to President Trump's legacy, it either was mocked by critics or got little attention from the media.
Earlier this week on the FOX News Rundown, General David Thompson, Vice Chief of Space Operations for the United States Space Force, joined host Dave Anthony to discuss the mission of Space Force, how they're building it from the ground up, whether they feel the support of the current administration after White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was accused of making fun of the armed service.
Gen.  Thompson answered a lot of questions about Space Force and explained why they will be critical to protecting America in the coming decades. However, the conversation was too long and we could not include all of it in our original segment.
On the FOX News Rundown Extra you will hear our entire conversation with General David Thompson, Vice Chief of Space Operations for the United States Space Force.

He joins today's 'Rundown' to discuss how Greenboro was selected to be one of the vaccines sites and how successful the process has been.
The American Rescue Plan has been signed into law. Democrats say it is much needed relief for Americans struggling through the pandemic. Republicans say it is a "liberal wish list" that is full of waste. Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC), explains why he opposed the Covid relief bill and why he thinks its passage will wind up hurting Democrats in 2022 and 2024. Sen.
