President of the American Federation of Teachers, Randi Weingarten joins today's Fox News Rundown to explain some of the issues that have prevented teachers from returning to in-person learning, teacher unions being perceived as the "bad guys" and more.

Officials struck down the theory that the virus escaped from a lab in Wuhan and that instead it was transferred from animals to humans. Dr. Marty Makary, professor of surgery and health policy at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Fox News medical contributor weighs in on the CDC's double masking recommendation and explains why he thinks the WHO investigation is mostly a show.

    The Senate voted on Tuesday to move forward with the impeachment trial of former President Trump after listening to arguments on whether it is constitutional to try a president who has left office. Six Republicans who voted with Democrats to continue the trial were Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME), Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT), Sen. Ben Sass (R-NE), Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA) and Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-LA), who changed his vote from January when he supported the motion brought up by Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY). FOX News Chief Legal Correspondent and host of the "Livin' the Bream" podcast, Shannon Bream weighs in on the first day of the Senate's second impeachment trial, if the Senate will have enough votes to impeach and if we'll see any witnesses.
    President Biden has been in office for three weeks and has issued dozens of executive orders which include changes to immigration policies. He stopped border wall construction and tried to put a temporary halt to deportation. But that is on hold after a Texas lawsuit. Now that the Biden administration has new guidance for immigration and customs enforcement, it's expected to direct ICE agents to only focus on deporting those here illegally who are national security risks or convicted felons.   • Vaccine Rollout Ramp Up Bringing Americans More Hope
    The COVID vaccine is getting easier to receive, and more than a thousand active-duty troops are being deployed to mass vaccination centers, the first part of the military's expanded role. President Biden's goal is to have a hundred locations in a month and FEMA is asking the Pentagon for up to ten-thousand service members to staff them. That is in addition to the thousands of National Guard members that already helping in over two dozen states.
