    When the coronavirus outbreak turned into a global pandemic New York's Governor Andrew Cuomo stood out as his state was hit the hardest by the virus. Of the more than 33,000 people who died due to covid-19, nearly 6,700 of them lived in nursing homes or adult care facilities. Fox's Senior Meteorologist, Janice Dean discusses the repercussions Governor Andrew Cuomo's decisions had on her family during the peak of the Coronavirus. Janice lost both her mother and father in-law and she wants an independent bipartisan investigation into the coronavirus outbreak in New York State nursing homes.

    Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s Senate confirmation hearings begin the morning of Monday October 12th and the confirmation process has brought to light many questions about the future of the U.S. Supreme Court under either presidential candidate.
