    President Biden on Wednesday, September 22nd met at the White House with congressional Democrats, bringing together both moderate and progressives within the party to attempt to calm the tension and infighting threatening to obstruct his domestic agenda.     Facebook is under fire after a recent Wall Street Journal investigation revealed that the company has been shielding high-profile users from content moderation guidelines most users must abide by. Reportedly, regulations that would ban content for the average user have been essentially ignored for celebrities, politicians, and other elites on the platform due to Facebook's “cross check” system. On top of the revelations from the recent Facebook Files, shareholders have now filed lawsuits alleging Facebook and the government engaged in a “quid pro quo”  The lawsuits accuse Facebook of overpaying $5 billion dollars on a fine from the FTC in an attempt to protect CEO Mark Zuckerberg from personal liability from the infamous Cambridge Analytica leak. Fox Business Network Financial Correspondent Jackie DeAngelis joins to break down how Facebook’s cross check system works and the ways that the company has adjusted its social media regulations and practices throughout the pandemic. She also takes a look back at the Cambridge Analytica scandal of 2015 and how the lawsuit alleging quid pro quo may play out.

  • Biden Administration Faces Backlash Over Southern Border Handling
    Thousands of Haitians and other migrants have been camped under the International Bridge in Del Rio, Texas. Amid the surge at the Texas border, the Biden administration said it is increasing the number of deportation flights to Haiti and resources to the area. President Biden on Tuesday pledged to get the situation "under control" following his speech at the United Nations General Assembly. Meanwhile, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas insisted that the U.S. borders are closed during a Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing.     On Tuesday, September 21st. U.S. Senators were able to speak with top U.S. national security officials - FBI Director Christopher Wray, National Counterterrorism Director Christine Abizaid, and DHS Secretary Mayorkas - about how terror threats to the U.S. have evolved over the last 20 years. Many senators cited Afghanistan as the main potential source of terror, with the U.S. already experiencing suicide-bomb attacks from ISIS-K during the military withdrawal military from Afghanistan. Fox News Congressional Correspondent Aishah Hasnie covered the Senate hearing and joined to explain how the testimony revealed the risk ISIS-K and al-Qaeda now pose to the United States, how the recent U.S. drone strike suggested a failure of America's "over the horizon" capabilities and the need for intelligence to assess terror risk from Afghanistan. Hasnie also spoke about how allies in Afghanistan are frustrated and unsure as a result of the U.S. evacuation process and how women in Afghanistan have had their way of life turned upside down now that the Taliban has assumed control.

    Authorities on Sunday, September 19th discovered a body at Grand Teton National Park in Moosey, Wyoming where the search for missing Gabby Petito was focused.     Last week, Special Counsel John Durham who was tapped by the Trump administration to investigate the origins of the Russia probe, indicted Washington D.C. lawyer Michael Sussman for lying to the FBI and not disclosing that he was working for the Clinton campaign while pushing for an investigation into then-candidate Donald Trump's ties to Russia in 2016. FOX News Correspondent Griff Jenkins joins to break down the indictment, and if we’ll ever see an end to the ongoing Russia investigation.
