  • FOX News Rundown Extra: Arizona Becomes First State To Sue Over Vaccine Mandates
This week Arizona became the first state to file a lawsuit against the Biden administration over the President's latest vaccine mandates for federal workers and large companies.
Earlier this week host Jessica Rosenthal spoke with the man at the center of the lawsuit, Arizona's Attorney General Mark Brnovich.
The conversation was too long and we could not include everything from Attorney General Brnovich's original conversation. On today's Fox News Extra you'll hear a more depth response contrasting how illegal immigrants are exempt from the vaccine mandate but U.S. citizens are not, he explains why he thinks you cannot have a serious conversation about addressing the COVID-19 pandemic without addressing the crises at the southern border.

  • From Washington: Vaccine Mandate Double Standards
The Biden administration has been facing pushback following their recent coronavirus vaccine mandate announcement that involves companies with more than 100-employess to require workers to show they are vaccinated or submit to weekly testing. The state of Arizona has already sued the administration over the mandate this week, pointing out that while U.S. citizens are required to be vaccinated, illegal immigrants crossing over from the southern border are not required to get the vaccine. Twenty-four state attorney generals are also threatening to take legal action over the mandates as well. FOX News Headline's 24/7 anchor John Saucier spoke with FOX Business Correspondent Edward Lawrence about the mandates and how it will impact America's workforce.
This week, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) was seen attending this year's Met Gala, making a statement in a white gown with a bright red message at the back of it saying, "Tax The Rich." While her dress definitely had a lot of people talking on both sides, she was also met with criticism for attending the event. Some even asking if she violated any ethics rules. FOX News Congressional Correspondents Aishah Hasnie and Chad Pergram discuss.

  • FOX News Rundown Extra: Will We Ever Know The Origins OF COVID-19?
After over a year and a half of living with COVID-19, the origins of the virus remain a mystery due to the complex nature of the coronavirus and the unwillingness to cooperate from the source country, China.
The original theory was that COVID-19 came from a virus jumping from one animal to another and then infecting a human, however theories about a leak from a virology lab in Wuhan, China began to surface. At first, the scientific community dismissed this theory but now many scientists admit this is a possibility.
Earlier this week, host Dave Anthony discussed all of this with World Health Organization Advisor and Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council, Jamie Metzl who has been called the first whistleblower on COVID-19.
The conversation was too long and we could not include everything Jamie Metzl had to say about the potential origins of COVID-19. On the FOX News Rundown Extra, you will hear the full, uninterrupted conversation.

In the days following President Biden's announcement that the Department of Labor will require companies with more than one hundred employees to mandate COVID-19 vaccines or face weekly testing, a panel of outside experts that advises the FDA rejected giving boosters to most Americans. On top of that, schools across the U.S. haven't even been in session for a month in many locations, and hundreds of schools have stopped in-person learning temporarily due to COVID-19 spread. Dr. Ali Mokdad is a Professor of Health Metrics Sciences at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation, and provides answers to the COVID unknown.
There are no longer any U.S. troops on Afghanistan soil, and the Taliban has overthrown the government. Afghan women are afraid to leave their homes, ISIS-K's presence is rampant throughout the nation, and citizens are fleeing to Pakistan out of fear. America's Newsroom co-anchor and host of the Hemmer Time podcast, Bill Hemmer speaks to FOX News Foreign Correspondent, Trey Yingst, about his experience on the ground in Kabul.

  • Did Gen. Milley Commit Treason Or Was He Doing His Job?
Chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley has been under fire after allegations included in the new unreleased book "Peril" co-authored by Washington Post reporters Bob Woodward and Robert Costa. The authors say Gen. Milley made two secret phone calls to his Chinese counterpart behind then-President Trump's back, because of fears the former President might start a war with China. Many critics, including former President Trump and the GOP are calling for Milley to resign, saying what he did was "treasonous." FOX News Senior Strategic Analyst, and retired 4 star general, General Jack Keane joins to defend General Milley and explain why his actions were not "treasonous," despite what's being reported.

Following the recent chaos from the U.S. troop withdrawal in Afghanistan, the Taliban takeover in the region and the ongoing surge of the COVID delta variant, President Biden's approval rating has fallen since taking office to an average of 46-percent. So how important is his approval rating and does it matter? FOX News Sunday host Chris Wallace weighs in on if the President's low poll number could get in the way of his economic agenda as Democrats try to pass his two big spending bills. Don't miss the good news with Tonya J. Powers.

  • White House Facing Legal Challenge Over Vaccine Mandates
Earlier this week, Arizona became the first state to file a lawsuit against the Biden administration over the President's latest vaccine mandates for federal workers and large companies. Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich argues that President Biden's new vaccine requirements are unconstitutional and violate the Equal Protection Clause. Brnovich points out that illegal immigrants who enter the U.S. are not subject to the same federal vaccine requirements as American citizens. Brnovich joins to break down his state's lawsuit, why he says it violates the U.S. constitution and why he believes we can't have a serious conversation about COVID-19 until we start talking about what's going on at the southern border.

On Tuesday, September 14th, the Department of Justice filed an emergency order asking a federal judge in Texas for a temporary halt on the new Texas law banning abortions past six weeks of pregnancy. While President Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland expressed their belief the law is unconstitutional and in direct conflict with Roe v. Wade, Texas Governor Greg Abbott's press secretary asserted Abbott signed this law to protect "the most precious freedom...life itself." Law Professor at George Washington University and Fox News Contributor, Jonathan Turley joins to explain that while pundits are focused on the Texas law, the Supreme Court is set to hear a case on a Mississippi abortion law that could seriously weaken Roe v. Wade. Turley breaks down why Democrats' moves to codify Roe v. Wade could create issues of federal overreach, how Mississippi's law could enhance the authority of states in the pre-viability stage of abortion, and how the Supreme Court is likely to rule on this landmark case on states' rights in regard to abortion.

  • Evening Edition: Deleted COVID-19 Data Could Give Insight Into Origins
An investigation has been completed into why hundreds of entries on data pertaining to genetic sequencing acquired from early cases of COVID-19 patients were deleted from the National Institutes of Health online database at the request of Wuhan Lab scientists. Many scientists and researchers agree that that genetic sequence information could be the key to finding the origins the deadly pandemic. FOX's John Saucier speaks to FOX News Channel’s Washington based correspondent, David Spunt, about the N.I.H investigation's findings into the lost data and reaction to it on Capitol Hill.

  • How Much Spending Is Too Much?
Senators are back in Washington D.C. this week after their summer recess and they have a lot to get done. On the top of that list, Democratic Senators hope to pass the $3.5-trillion budget reconciliation package. While getting the $3.5-trillion bill passed would be a win for the White House following the weeks of backlash from the Afghanistan withdrawal, not all Democrats are on board. Moderate Democrat Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Krysten Sinema (D-AZ) have already said they do not support the $3.5-trillion package. Sen. Manchin says it's too high and raised concerns of how it would impact inflation and debt. So if the Senate Democrats can't get the spending bill passed what happens to the bipartisan $1-trillion infrastructure bill? FOX News Congressional Correspondent Chad Pergram joins to break down what's in the bill, how Democrats are hoping to "stuff" immigration reform into the budget reconciliation, the chances of it passing and where the debt ceiling stands in all of this.

As the U.S. continues to investigate the origins of COVID-19, definitive results are still inconclusive as China refuses the World Health Organization's plan to further study the source of the virus. Scientists continue to disagree whether SARS-CoV-2 came from zoonotic transmission, with the virus jumping from animal to humans, or from a leak in a virology lab in Wuhan. World Health Organization Advisor and Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council, Jamie Metzl who has been called the first whistleblower on COVID-19 joins to discuss why the evidence supports that the virus may have been the result of a lab leak in Wuhan, how many scientists who disparaged the theory have some links to the Wuhan Institute of Virology and why he believes there is need for an international coalition to demand a fair investigation from China.
