On Monday, President Donald Trump announced that Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. will invest $100 billion in the United States and open an additional manufacturing factory in Arizona. America finds itself in familiar territory on the eve of another Trump tariff deadline.

The 25 percent tariffs on imports from Mexico and Canada—which had been paused at the beginning of February—are now set to take effect tomorrow along with an additional 10 percent tariff on Chinese imports.

It's been 29 years since California became the first state to legalize marijuana for medical use and just 13 years since Colorado and Washington legalized recreational use for adults.

Since then, it has become legal in some form in 39 states and Washington D.C..
