Joining Bill in the studio this week was Helen Balwin from Beverley. She kindly offered to come in at the last minute due to us not having a guest booked. She has only been playing the guitar a couple of years and performed a mix of her original ditties as well as some covers, too - including Graham Graham Beck's "Action Man With A Giraffe's Head".

Joining Bill in the studio this week was Mike Cooling. Bill brought his electronic piano in for Mike to play, as Mike prefers it to his own. Mike played a great set of original songs with a few covers in the mix, too. We were going to talk about the recent Filey Folk Festival, but we had that many new tracks to play we didn't really get time, though the Weird Record of The Week was from a couple who we met at Filey.
