Have you heard the saying that time is a healer? How's that worked out in your story? Experience has taught me that its what we do with our time that makes a difference!

The effects of the traumatic things we've experienced don't disapprear over time. Unless we address them they just sink deep within us and continue to influence our lives and cause all sorts of behavioural, mental, & relational problems.

So, what can we do to address our pain and get our freedom back?

Join us as we begin a new series around the Freedom of Forgiveness. Our first session was spoken recently to a group of men in a rehabilitation centre around the topic of freeing ourselves from what others have done to us. A fitting place to start!!

Its a good question to ask ourselves as we face storms in our lives, marriages, families, nation and world. Can we access an anchor that keeps our souls steadfast and sure in the midst of violent distrubences in the atmospheres of our lives and world?

We're excited to welcome David English, who works with our partner charity Broken Chains, onto the podcast for the first time to share a vision God gave him a couple of weeks ago around this very topic.
