Sometimes, the biggest step forward is simply getting started — one conversation, one connection, one new skill at a time.
I’ve been working on a nonprofit with big plans but slow progress. The key? Celebrating small wins — a donation, a meeting, a new skill learned. It’s easy to feel stuck when progress feels slow, but each small step builds momentum. Progress is rarely a straight line.
Maybe you’re not there yet, but you’re on your way. Keep moving forward. And hey, give your dad a call — don’t wait until it’s too late.#KeepMoving #SmallWinsBigGoals #PurposeDriven #CommunityImpact
🔥 Ever feel like you're juggling too much and need a way to support a cause?
We're launching our first fundraiser for the New Face Project—an online auction to help impact Middle Tennessee and beyond.
We've got some great donations so far, like Nashville Sounds tickets, Greek food, and even a Barkbox subscription — and plenty more to come!
If you own a business or know someone who does, send them my way. Tax-deductible donations can make a real difference.
👉 Link in bio for details or email me at [email protected] to get involved.
Let’s make this first one a success!Would you consider donating or sharing to help amplify this?

Big news—I’ve officially launched my nonprofit, New Phase Project. This has been years in the making, built around helping veterans, first responders, individuals in recovery, and underserved communities take real steps toward change.
In this episode, I break down what we’re building, why it matters, and how you can be part of it from the ground floor. We’re launching our Founding 250 campaign, and with your support—even something small—we can get our first pilot program off the ground right here in the community.

Host James relaunches the Freedom From Anger Podcast after a long hiatus and interviews author and health enthusiast Cam Cordin about his book, "Savage Chill: Die to Live." Cam explains how a failing third marriage, chronic pain, nerve damage, daily weed use, and nightly drinking led him to create a 911-day “death contract” to either rebuild his life or end it, then describes the non-mainstream protocols he pursued.
