On today's episode I share the difference between showing up as your true self vs. the version that people expect of you. I totally had an embarrassing moment recording this podcast with speaking my truth. LOL -- BUT that's the point! Sometimes living our truth means not everyone will agree and WE have to be okay with owning who we are 100% of the time. In addition, I talk about what happens to us when we don't show up as our truest self. Some of us may not even know our most authentic self yet and that's okay! Keep fighting for yourself until you do.
