I know, I know....the title might sound a little dramatic, AND I stand by it. 

We spend A LOT of our time and energy comparing ourselves to others, and searching outside of ourselves for the answers. This can feel really frustrating because it often makes us feel 'less than' and it takes our attention away from ourself and our unique goals.

The fastest way to getting everything we want is to focus on ourselves and the way that feels the most authentic to us to get there. 

In this episode, I'm sharing a perspective that I hope will help you shift your habit of comparing yourself to others, and giving you some practical tools you can implement when you catch yourself in the act.

Here's the thing. We ALL play small in certain areas of our lives. We only allow ourselves to want the things that logically make sense to us. The things that we think might actually be possible

God forbid we share something or say we want something that feels incredibly "out of reach". How could we possibly believe that we are deserving or capable of something when we  actually have no idea how we are going to get there?!

This is where the conversation is going today. Because there is a whole world of potentiality which is beyond what we can currently see.  There is so much waiting for YOU, but you have to allow yourself to see think bigger.

I also know, that there comes a point in ALL of our journeys that feels "off".

 The space in between where you came from vs. where you want to be.

That's THE VOID.

When it looks like nothing is working...or like you are still so far away.

It can be confusing, a little dark, and often daunting.

Please, trust me when I tell you that THIS is part of the journey. 

It's actually in these moments that we are shown the most. But we have to be willing to recieve these lessons to successfully navigate the void.

There is a lot of hype around presence and mindfulness these days. But why is it actually important, how do we implement it, and what are the benefits? 

Our presence truly is the solution to our stress, overwhelm, the rabbit holes we go down, so many of our limiting beliefs, and the list goes on.

And bonus! It takes very little of our time to integrate presence throughout our day. Small shifts can make  big changes in our overall wellness, just by becoming more aware and taking a moment to slow down.
