    Mahasiswa Kelas Puber mencoba menemui Mas Ray yang hilang, di ruang kelas virtual mereka dulu. Mas Ray muncul sesaat dengan suara yang terputus-putus, lalu menghilang. Bersamaan dengan itu, Puput, Ajay, Mahmud dan Rastha menerima pesan masuk di smartphone masing-masing. Pesan itu meminta mereka menjemput Mas Ray di sebuah lokasi. Tanpa persiapan apapun, seketika mereka tersedot sampai di gedung lantai 13 Menara 28. Disambut oleh nyanyian 'nina bobo' dari speaker gedung, mereka terduduk di sebuah round table dengan kebingungan. Perintah pertama, mereka diminta untuk bermain ular tangga untuk menentukan urutan siapa yang naik ke lantai 14 duluan, untuk mulai menjalankan misi. Berbagai intrik dan gangguan dari penunggu terjadi di antara mereka yang tak ingin dipisahkan.  Jangan lupa dengarkan pake earphone biar lebih mantep!
