Frog and Snacks take it way back to MS-DOS days to talk about MegaRace and Where In the World is Carmen Sandiego?, then bring up Kendrick Lamar's new album before going into a philosophical discussion about what makes a game "bad' in 2017. It's not an easy answer, but the boys get sort of close-ish. 

After a quick recap of the April 12 Nintendo Direct, The boys go into a thought experiment that they've had stewing for some time: What games would be better if made by a different developer? Frog goes straight for the hornet's nest with a fiery Kingdom Hearts take, while Snacks goes full deep dive with an Armored Core x Bungie scenario. The man even name-drops Ray Tracers (look it up). 

Frog and Snacks break down the trajectory of the console war after the specs for Project Scorpio were released, and then proceed to break down how some select 2017 releases show how quickly genres can evolve or go extinct, and how developers can learn from what we're all witnessing. 

The boys talk about Mass Effect: Andromeda and how appropriately the ME franchise has introduced the concept of inclusivity to the gaming industry and audience at large. They then go on a little tangent about the issue with the facial animations and how difficult it must be, before bringing it back to diversity in games and how it is being implemented properly by the folks at Blizzard and BioWare. Snacks wonders if a World of Tanks tank can be gay, and Frog uses the word "phenotypical"

Snacks recounts his time at PAX East 2017, making commentary on the state of cosplay as well as local co-op, then the two talk about BotW and how monumental some of the concepts are. Snacks has no clue how to use the word "synergy" as an adverb and Frog's ineptitude at navigation is revealed
