After my divorce, I hit the darkest season of my life. On the outside, I was still training celebrity clients, traveling privately, and living what looked like a dream life. Inside, I was drowning in trauma, heartbreak, anxiety, shame, and emotional pain I had spent my whole life avoiding.

In this deeply vulnerable episode, I share the beginning of my healing journey through breathwork, meditation, plant medicine, spirituality, emotional healing, and eventually finding God.

Every mission has a beginning. This is mine.

2020 was my rock bottom. What came after was a spiritual healing journey — rebuilding, growing, becoming a different man. But I still carried an emptiness I couldn't name.

I had a nudge. A pull. Like I was searching for something deeper. Searching for God in a way I hadn't yet.

So I left my life behind.

On that journey, God stopped me in my tracks — with a cow. That's how I ended up in Montana. I listened. I stayed. And I surrendered my life to Christ.

From there, I went to Costa Rica. And it was on those beaches that God spoke to me and gave me the vision.

The podcast. The ministry. The men I'm called to serve. All of it.
