I’m talking about loneliness, the kind that can sneak in even when life looks shiny and successful on the outside.

After being at a corporate conference this week, I found myself reflecting on how isolating growth can sometimes feel, both personally and professionally.

I’ve definitely felt it while building the Fulfillment Lab, and it’s not something we often talk about out loud.

In this episode, I share what that’s been like for me, and how I'm alchemising it into something really powerful. Into this massive vision to create a new space for corporate women. Watch this space - huge exciting announcements coming so soon!

My hope is that it reminds you that you’re not the only one, and that it encourages you to keep finding those spaces and people where you truly feel supported.

Based on a request from a beautiful listener, I've shared a little more about how I manage the 'juggle' and do the old work life balance thing.

I spoke about this at length with Rose Inglis a few years ago on her old pocast - you can find the ep here - but really interesting to note that I was still in big corp then and now life feels quite different.

This episode is inspired by a recent call with a wonderful client.

I wanted to share some thoughts and suggestions about 'the uncomfortable unknown' a really interesting and challenging phase I've observed in women who are coming out the other side of burnout or a really stressful time.

This is a phase of 'sitting in the muck' and trying to work our who we are again and we DO NOT LIKE IT! It is uncomfortable in the extreme, especially because we like to problem solve and act fast.

This phase requires comfort, slowness, rest and introspection.

Gross you say! I get it I really do, but I think we need to walk through this time of self discovery to come out of burnout really changed for the better. Into, what I like to think of, as the Bright Spark. The bit where joy, fun and our inner fire really comes back big time!

The book I specifically mention is The Salt Palth by Raynor Winn.

In this episode I share a sneak peak into the recent boundaries masterclass I ran and ALSO a sneak peak into the focus for the Fulfillment Lab members for the whole month of July. You guessed it! Boundaries.

I share my very own definition of boundaries, emphasising their critical role in protecting your precious time, energy and values.

I also run you through the start of some self-reflection questions to ponder on, to hopefully give you a little nudge to firm up those leaky boundaries!!

In this episode of The Fulfillment Diaries, I talk about the importance of doing the good hard things, like diving in the ocean in the depths of winter.

I share some of my own experiences trying to navigate the push and pull of discipline and softness and also share insights into some of the key themes I see in other women, pushing too hard in some areas and then resisting the things they really need.
