In order to create drastic change for equality in this world we must learn to have the uncomfortable conversations.
With the death of George Floyd and black community speaking out, NOW is a time where we must all come together. Change is needed in this world for us all to feel like one!
In this episode I talk to Lisa Richards about Black Lives Matter, equality, white privilege, what it was like growing up and living in today's world as a black woman.
We both got uncomfortable, were willing to have a hard conversation and show up imperfectly for each other.
As a white woman myself, I am listening and I am willing to see my blind spots in this issue the world is still facing.

Sometimes we get confused when the business stops growing.
Sometimes we think things will get better.
Sometimes we just sit and wait and then get frustrated.
If you feel like your business isn't growing, you're struggling to increase income and feel like you're constantly on a hamster wheel to get clients.... TRY THIS.
Look at how your business model is get up.
In this episode I explain how to set up a business model that keeps clients for years!
Instagram can seem like a foreign land when it comes to using it for business. There is a very different approach you need to take than just using social media for personal, which can leave coaches confused.
In this episode I break down the different features of IG and how to create content for each, along with the top 5 (well 6) mistakes I see coaches making when it comes to showing up, creating content and interacting with followers.
Grab your pen and paper, there are some juicy nuggets in this one.
When it comes to marketing for your business, we always have high hopes for ourselves for it to be successful.
Today I want to share with you a story that hit me hard, back in 2016. I was 5 years into running my fitness business, which was a success and I did a marketing campaign that got ZERO clients.
My confidence was hit hard.
But looking back it was the best thing that ever happened today, because I would not be doing what I do now if it wasn't for that FAIL.
Listen into this episode to hear, what I did, what went wrong, how I came back from it and how it lead me to everything I have now.

There have been many times in my life and I am sure you can relate as well, where life just felt hard and something was 'off'.
In the thick of it, it can be hard to see perspective of what is happening. But time and time again, I always realize that life gets hard because I am out of alignment.
In this episode I share with you my past 7 months, what has transpired and WHY I was so out of alignment towards what I was building and working towards in my life.
I'll share with you how I felt and I how I came to the realization of this dis-alignment.
I have an awesome guest today in Justin Janoska. He is a clinician and founder of The Autoimmune Revolution, a company that guides women to reverse their autoimmune disease and reproductive disorder. He is also the author of The Flexible Dieting Disaster, which is we will focus on today.
Justin has a unique approach that emphasizes mind, body, and medicine. Naturally, he advocates for women who are struggling with eating disorders and childhood trauma. He helps his clients acquire a deeper understanding of how they got where they are, supports them with their pain, and embraces their truth.
We start by having Justin explain what flexible dieting is. He gives examples of where eating disorders can stem from and offers alternatives to women besides dieting. Justin later reveals three important takeaways from his book.
