Girrrl, we aint gon do it.....WE DID IT! That's right! Sarah and Jo started a podcast and this is the debut episode! Why? you may ask... Well Sarah and Jo are friends from College that frequently have deep conversations with a glass of wine in hand that they both find healing. On many an occasion, they have joked that with the way their conversations go, they should start a podcast...until one day Jo texted Sarah, "so like seriously, podcast." and Sarah was all in. But, what we noticed is that most therapy/self help/be the best you can be/witchy woo woo podcasts felt like they were missing a more fun conversational approach that makes therapy concepts more accessible to everyone. We thought, why not do it ourselves? So, lets begin! In episode 1, we share how we met, some stories from our younger years and how the profound changes we initiated in our perspectives since then have positively impacted our lives. We also talk about our shortcomings in that area and talk about tools that have helped us and that hopefully will help you too!
