Randy McGoffin, a retired special education professional is here at the hidden workforce to tell us the success stories of the special education students. The special education is targeting the preparation for the students to either continue their academic education or to enter the workforce. So there will be two programs depending on the goal to attain.

The success story today will be the success story of two students, the first one being Billy, a young lad with borderline intelligence and a very low language level. He was one of Randy McGoffins success cases that one meeting with his mother, his mother said that before he went through the special education program he did not have any language output but by the time he finished with him they couldn't shut him out. He continued his academic career and earned an associate degree and worked as a teacher assistant in a special needs program. The other one is John who has a lot of disabilities, he was a challenge, and took a lot of support from the team and his family. After he went through the special education program and his love and obsession for animals, he now works at an animal rescue program in another state.

Closed 76 properties and the highest property registered over the past 180 days sold and closed at $4,725,000 and had been on the market for 735 days. Bixby schools currently has 16 properties over 1 million dollars, Jenks schools currently has 20 properties available to purchase over a million dollars and a healthy number of 9 pending properties in that category. Owasso schools there are 7 available homes over a million dollars and 1 that is pending.
