Jana Rugg will tell us about Ainsley's Angels, a national non profit organization that has been around for years. The organization was created because of a little girl named Ainsley, a child born with a very rare disorder that caused a total paralysis of her body. Her dad found that running with her made her react more than anything else and said that this is something all the other kids with different disability needs and later on decided to make it a national organization. They recruit volunteers to help in training these kids and to encourage them to run making the volunteers become the literal angels of each kid.

According to her the biggest threat for affordable housing as of this moment is investors. They are scooping up as much property as possible forcing people to become renters and some others to become homeless. Local officials should do something about this and the solutions for this would be limiting the number of houses that could be sold to a corporation and requiring them to sell it to individuals instead of those big corporations. But if you want to know how deep you are in the floodplain and how much insurance it will cost you need to hire an elevation surveyor for you can only see in the map whether you are in a floodplain or not.
