Chase Baker performed at the highest tier when he played in the NFL for the Minnesota Vikings as a Defensive Tackle. When he was done playing, he moved on to scouting and mentorship for athletes.  

Now Chase provides human performance data to help athletes optimize performance, prevent injuries, and achieve their goals AND contributes as the Defensive Coordinator / D-Line Coach + Business Development for Fan Controlled Football, a platform that allows fans to call the plays and watch what happens on Twitch.

It is incredible to find people like Tyler Nienburg, who get their start in gaming well before they turn 18 when he built Rectify Gaming.  

The difference with Tyler though is that he chose to start out focusing on building his business as a media company, with the Esports team, Rectify Esports, following sometime behind that.
