Dayne Dyer is the founder of Beartooth Performance in Billings, Montana.
In this episode, Dayne shares the real story behind leaving a stable, high-paying career in medical sales to become a personal trainer. He talks about the fear of stepping into the unknown, the slow grind of building something new, and the deeper "why" that kept him going as he built Beartooth.
We also talk about what it means to dream big when you’ve been trained to play it safe. Dayne reflects on the moments he's helped his athletes shed their "reasonable" dreams, and lean into their actual dreams while reverse-engineering what it actually takes to achieve them.
Key Moments & Takeaways:
Dayne's story is a great reminder to prioritize impact and alignment over income (because most of the time when you do that the income shows up anyhow), and to pursue your dream life like it's actually possible to make it happen.
I hope you enjoy this episode with Dayne Dyer. Thank you for listening!

Ruby Hahn is an acrylic and mixed-media artist.
Ruby's lifelong passion for art has taken shape in everything from classroom doodles to throwing flaming objects onto canvas as she's worked towards her career as a full-time artist.
In this episode, Ruby shares what it took to go full-time with her painting career after years of bartending after graduating art school. She opens up about the moment she realized she couldn't do late nights and sore feet forever—and how she gave herself permission to bet on her art instead.
We talk about what it’s like to make a living from something deeply personal, how she handles imposter syndrome when her work lands in million-dollar homes, and the weird ways self-doubt can show up even after success.
We also talk about what it means to honor your passion, the importance of being prepared for when "flow state" arrives, and how to create discipline around creativity.
This is an inspiring story for anyone who has the voice in the back of their head pleading with them to pursue their calling. Take the leap!
Key Moments & Takeaways:
I hope you enjoy this exploration of creativity, business, and taking risks with Ruby as much as I did!

Koni Dole is a co-founder of Montaniac, a sales team builder, and a former Division I athlete.
Koni's story has inspired people across the state of Montana, but in this episode we highlight how Koni's high-profile injury thrust him into a box of being an "inspiration," and stripped him of being able to forge his own identity.
After spending years in the spotlight, Koni left Montana to escape the weight of constant recognition and threw himself into building a new identity through business and sales.
He quickly found success in door-to-door sales, giving him confidence, purpose, and a path forward. But like many of us chasing professional achievement, Koni went all-in, and eventually found himself burnt out, uncentered, and disconnected from the things that really mattered.
This episode is about what it takes to reclaim your story, especially after it’s been written for you, and how even success can become a distraction if it’s not aligned with who you truly are.
Koni shares the tools he now uses to create presence in his life, the lessons from leading (and failing to lead) sales teams, and the shift from living to prove something to living with peace.
Key Moments from the Episode:
This one is for anyone trying to bring intention into their lives and balance a high-commitment professional life while creating time to enjoy life outside of work along the way.
Thanks for listening.

Keith Lauver is a serial entrepreneur, and is the current founder of Atomic Elevator and Ella AI.
In today's episode, Keith shared the many chapters of his entrepreneurial journey and the lessons he's learned along the way. Starting in his teenage years, Keith developed his first company when he built a computer software program in the air travel space. He then went on to form and operate businesses in tech, agriculture, food, marketing, and AI.
Keith reflects on some of the biggest wins and failures along his journey, reminding us of the importance of processing and feeling the "failures" so that you can then alchemize them into valuable lessons that allow you to build a better future.
In this conversation, expect to learn about the delicate balance between commitment and attachment, the concept of kintsugi and its power in reframing failures, and the importance of leaning into heart-led decisions.
I hope you enjoy one of my favorite stories of persistence in entrepreneurship, and leave with some valuable takeaways from Keith's story.
If you'd like more episodes like this, please leave us a 5-star rating on this platform. It helps the show grow and helps us build an honorable platform for special people like Keith to tell their stories on.

Nicky Freymond is a writer and social media manager for BarBend and The Morning Chalk Up.
Nicky's story is an exceptional example of how following your passions can set you down a path towards building a beautiful life. Her journey evaporates the Sunk Cost Fallacy and serves as a great inspiration for being willing to change careers, move out of the country, start businesses, and give your all to whatever sets your heart on fire.
We got to cover multiple chapters in Nicky's story during this episode including her love for travel and Latin American cultures leading her to a Spanish teaching job, her and her husband part-timing in Costa Rica at their hand-remodeled bed & breakfast, running a thriving coffee and food truck in Boise, and ultimately becoming a writer and social media manager for one of the biggest brands and news outlets in CrossFit.
This episode is full of inspiring moments that could encourage anyone to go all-in on their dream.

Zach Peterson is the owner of Tattooed & Successful and Empyre Fitness in Boise, Idaho.
The term "brand" is often misconstrued for a logo on a T-shirt and a catchy tagline. But what does it take to turn a brand into a life force that builds community and gives a group of people a voice and a sense of belonging?
In today's episode, expect to hear Zach open up about the long journey that led him to start Tattooed and Successful (an idea that started as scribbles on pink sticky notes after a gym session), and the growth he's had to embrace as a person and a business owner as the brand has grown to become one of the biggest names in tattoo culture. Along his journey with T&S, Zach also opened the doors to Empyre Fitness, and he detailed some of the principles around building a positive environment and empowering the team around you that's helped the gym's success since its inception.
This episode had some of my favorite moments so far on the show, including Zach competing in inventathons as a kid, sending 300+ DM's per day to people on Instagram to help T&S gain recognition, transitioning from being an athlete & reshaping his identity, and using therapy to both make his life better and to give him the ability to be a positive resource for the people around him.
Hope you enjoy this inspiring and open conversation with Zach Peterson.

Jeremiah Warner is a tattooer from Billings, Montana.
In today's special episode we sit down with Jeremiah, a talented black and white realism artist, for a podcast during a live tattoo session.
Jeremiah's tattoo journey kicked off during COVID-19 and quickly became both his passion and his profession. We talked about the delicate balance for artists when their passion becomes their job, and Jeremiah shares his insights on protecting his passion to avoid burnout or losing his love for tattooing. We also got a chance to break down the different between talent and skill, and talk about what it takes to develop a world-class skillset in a creative field.
Outside of tattooing, Jeremiah is one of the most artistic and expressive individuals I've gotten the pleasure of knowing. Authenticity is incredibly high on Jeremiah's list of values, and we explored some of the challenges that come along with staying true to yourself. We got a chance to chat about how being willing to receive judgement is a precursor to being authentic, talked about the importance of having creative endeavors outside of your work, and even explored the process of choosing what to share on social media vs. what to save for real-life expression.
Expect to explore a variety of topics throughout this episode about creativity, work/life alignment, philosophy, creativity, and more during this chat with my good friend Jeremiah.
Thank you for listening to the show.

p.s. Jeremiah will be moving to Minneapolis, Minnesota two weeks after this episode is released. If you or any of your friends in the Minneapolis area appreciate world-class tattoo work, please take this as my most heartfelt recommendation to get on Jeremiah's books.
