Today, if you can believe it, Gary Underwood launched another podcast! So in this version of The Gary Underwood Show, we talk about how to start a podcast, and why to start a podcast. Some of you are here because we don’t really know why. Some of you were here because you like to listen to Gary talk for less than five minutes! But some of you found us because you’re searching for Waze and resources to get started when it comes to launching your very own podcast. We think you should do it! The best way to learn about it is to do it! The worst way to not learn about it is to not do it! You need the reps you need to try it. You need to download a free app that helps you as a platform and as a content creator. But you don’t have to have it all figured out before you start!just get things started and learn as you go. That’s what I’m talking about! I’m also trying to type through AI all of the things that I’m saying out loud right now, and I know the punctuation is wonky.

In today’s episode, Gary is driving on his way to the pro football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio. It leads to deeper conversation about who really deserves to be honored, or remembered for their greatness. Who would be in your personal Hall of Fame? We could probably say the same about Matchbox Twenty. Definitely want to include Natalie Imbruglia in any list of sad song lyrics. But for today, Gary shows up to put the Bright back in Bright side to tell you that it’s OK to see the good in life… And you will recognize it better if you are feeding your mind with words Songs and ideas that build yourself up.

No one else can do self-care or self-esteem for you! You must guard the gate and be careful what you let into your ears and into your heart. OK, this episode will also be fun and make you laugh, we think.

It’s time to get some things started. I take you on a behind-the-scenes look at my recent trip to Taco Bell, and tell you that sometimes you’re going to spill some nachos. I don’t mind spilling nachos… As long as I get to taste the incredible meat, cheese, sour cream, mild sauce, and perhaps even some lettuce. I love Mexican food. I also love stream of consciousness posts in these little descriptions of a podcast. You might think I need to get a life… I am telling you you need to start something. Perhaps you don’t need to start a podcast, but you know what you need to do.

This is hopefully the first of a lot of episodes where I just get on the microphone and share what’s going on. Perhaps it will relate to your life perhaps it will not. But I promise you it will not be boring.
