She is the girl that beat the odds that only 20% of people fully recover from anorexia nervosa and since her full recovery 10 years ago, she has created a life of joy, fulfilment and freedom, She has travelled the world, fallen in love, made a sisterhood for life and built a business that she adores!

But Laura’s story didn’t end tragically, she made a 360 full recovery and got her life back, and now spends her days showing others what’s possible for them, she guides and inspires people to find full food and body freedom and experience the joy of recovery.

This conversation explores the interesting journeys that women have with how we respect / detest / care / love and protect our beautiful bodies. As women, we come in all shapes and sizes and are constantly reminded through pressures of the media and the other factors that we must look a certain way...
