We go back to Phyllis Schlaffly’s last words on Trump - “He’s the last best hope for the country.” However, it’s still hard to believe that Trump will be the Savior of the nation, even if Dr. James Dobson says that Trump has invited Jesus (or Paula White) into his heart. Are we focused on the right things? Are we listening to rhetoric, or are we concerned with the character of the man? Do we vote for principle, platform, or the person (and his character as demonstrated by his life)? We revisit the role of politics, the critical need for rank-and-file revival, and the untrustworthiness of the most ardent of conservative voices who don’t demonstrate their commitment to God’s law in their own lives.

We take a look at the military’s prototype transgender: Bradley Manning - treasonous, transgendered, mentally unstable, suicidal. . . and pardoned by President Obama. The condition of the nation is perfectly realized in such examples. As Christians, what shall we do? Do we want to support government funding for transgender operations and suicide for guys like Manning? We explain the insanity of a nation with verses like Eph. 4:18,19 and Rom. 1:26-28.

Christians who believe even the most rudimentary Christian truths have fallen into the very slim minority, and are persecuted as such.  We go through the history of Christian persecution in the United States from Samuel Worcester in the 1830s to Everett Siliven, Randy Alcorn, and other familiar names of those who have suffered for the faith.

Kennedy, Martin Luther King Jr., and Warren Harding on this program.  God stopped their lives short again and again, as they carried on with sexual trysts and perversions.  Lessons to learned from history for those who humble themselves and listen.

We predict that the U.S. Senate will not cut Planned Parenthood funding.  And we include our prognostications for 2018 on this program, and more importantly, our prayers to God for this year.
