Sometimes it takes a great deal of "courage" to find courage in you. Sometimes the whole world will be against you, but you need to keep going, cause you've got a purpose in this world. Go ahead and tell your story!

Loneliness – something we all go through at a certain point in life. Some of us are able to blend in and make the best out of it, healing, growing, but others can't take it all, as it sits on their heart, a pressure they can't contain, and thus such situations lead to sadness, depression, and suicide too. In this episode, I hope you get a better overview on what loneliness is, to see it from my own experience, and maybe together we can learn on how to deal with it.

Once we overcome our fears, we can find peace of mind & happiness from within. Our biggest problem is that we ignore them, but we should rather step ahead and look at them, to see what can be done, to accept them, and take pride in them.

Stop judging who you are based on other people's perception. You're amazing already, so go ahead and love yourself more often.
