The Gervais Podcast

Hello, today I talk about the final chapter in the Walking Tall trilogy. The movie shows how Buford lives a year after his wife's death and how he tries to cope with it. Also, Buford loses his job as sheriff after a lawyer fixes the election so that he loses the job of sheriff and his enemies want revenge. Including a man who Buford beats and sends his son Robby to an orphanage. But once the man named O.Q. teal and his brother are let out they attack Buford's car and attack Buford, and after Buford dispatches them the new sheriff asks the townspeople if they did in fact see if Buford was attacked but the townspeople say no. Leading to Buford's friend and lawyer Lloyd Tatum to say to Buford they forget what you did for them really easily. Later in the movie, Buford's life story is made into a film in which he breaks down during the showing of his wife's death in the movie having to relive it in the theater. Also, Buford buys minibikes for his kids and a nice Corvette for himself. Finally, the ending shows him dying after he loses control of his car and is ejected from the car.  Some say he was murdered and the movie makes you wonder if the same people he fought against came back to finish the job they once tried to finish before and failed. The end. Thank you for the amazing support on the podcast.

Hello, today I talk about the 90s era of the Dallas Cowboys and how they came back to win three super bowls during the 90s. Although they were back on top the bickering between Jimmy Johnson and Jerry Jones after winning the 1993 super bowl which in turn would force Jimmy Johnson to leave the Cowboys. In 1994 in the hopes of a three-peat, Jerry Jones hires Barry Switzer to be the head coach and they show no signs that they won't three-peat and return to a third straight super bowl but were stopped in that quest by the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC championship game. But Dallas would then sign free agent Deion Sanders in 1995 and return to the super bowl and win against the Pittsburgh Steelers avenging the losses in super Bowls 10 and 13. But ultimately this would be the last time that Dallas would be in the super bowl in the 90s. I hope you enjoy and please if you haven't yet gone over to the youtube channel please like, subscribe, and comment as it helps the channel grow. Thank you and have a great day.

Hello everyone today, I talk about the decline of the Dallas Cowboys and how they couldn't match the glory of the 70s. From an ok QB taking over after a legend retired, a new owner named Jerry Jones cutting ties with coach Tom Landry and bringing in Jimmy Johnson, and finally we talk about the rebuild and how some of the rebuilds late in the 80s would help bring the franchise back to glory in the 90s. Thank you all for the amazing love and support that you show to the podcast. If you haven't yet please like and subscribe as it helps out the channel and it's free. Hello and thank you for joining me, today, I talk about the Dallas Cowboys in the 1970s. How they went from the lows of the beginning of the 60s to becoming champions of the 70s. First, they lose in Super Bowl 5 but go right back the next year to Super Bowl 6 and they beat the Miami Dolphins. Winning the Cowboys their first-ever Super Bowl title although they would later fall off the next couple of seasons they would lose two more Superbowls twice against the Pittsburgh Steelers and win one more against the Denver Broncos. Hopefully, you enjoyed the content today. If you did please like and subscribe as it is free and helps out the channel. Hello today Mark and I talked about the National Football League's playoff games. It has been a very interesting bunch of playoff games. Minnesota Vikings lost to the New York Giants, The Jacksonville Jaguars beating the Los Angeles Chargers, and many others. It should be interesting to see who wins in the Final four to see which two teams will fight for the ultimate prize the Lombardi trophy.
