Holy buckets! This has been so helpful for my business and how I provide service to my clients. It's a document to use when working with ChatGPT. It's basically my business' manual. It has my audience information, what their pain points are, my offers, lead magnets, how ever all works together. So any time I brainstorming about my content or business operations, I can reference this to stay on brand. And frankly, it helped me super clear on what I even offer and who I help because I had never documented it before.

🧰 I love me a good digital marketing tool. This week’s recommended tool is a course on Zapier called the Zapier Mastery Bundle.

I took this course years ago. It was such a great help to better understand Zapier and its possibility. Zapier allows you to automate processes and workflows between systems. A common example is automatically send new purchases or sign-ups from Shopify, WooCommerce, or Stripe to Mailchimp or ConvertKit. A less common example is pulling Descript or Otter.ai transcripts into a Google Doc or Notion.

This is my newsletter platform. It also has email sequences so I can send follow up emails for all my free and paid downloadable resources. You can also have courses and sales pages. It really acts like a mini website if you wanted it to. It's very budget friendly compared to other tools like Kajabi. There is less customization available in the emails but the cost and ease to use it has been nice.

🧰 I love me a good digital marketing tool. This week’s recommended tool is Automata.

This tool will take a website page or other piece of content and repurpose into other pieces of content. For example, I put my website in their tool and it offered things like a LinkedIn post, a lead magnet, a newsletter, and 19 other forms of content. Only some are allowed in the free version but enough to try it out and see if it's something helpful to your workflow.

🎧 This week’s recommended podcast episode is The Deep Work Routine That Changed My Life from The Koe Cast.

Will the deep work routine that changed his life change your life? I don't know. But it is an interesting listen. He states… "entropy is the measure of how messy, disordered, or random something is". Here's the example he uses… "If you don’t put effort into maintaining your book shelf, books will end up all over your house, at your friend’s house, and small scale chaos will ensue. If you don’t put effort into cleaning your room, it will slowly get dirtier and dirtier until you live in a disgusting nest of filth. Now, imagine the same process, but applied to your mind." 

So you need clarity first. And a great podcast episode for that is by my friend Emily Aborn over on Content with Character covers that and what it's not specifically. It's called Clarity Isn't a Magic Fairy.
