I put myself on a 10 Day Weight Loss Challenge, but really it was a "get your shit in check" because you're bloated and tired.

I've been working a lot, blah blah blah, the usual excuses and noticed I wasn't feeling (or looking) that great. My auto immune likes to flare up right before something big is about to happen, like leading my next retreat in California, so I tackled it.

As an entrepreneur since birth, I've done my fair share of being the only one to hold me accountable. When there is no deadline, unless it's a presentation/program/retreat I fly by the seat of my pants and led my diagnosed ADD + ADHD take over... until I realize that poor planning and no structure has derailed my future.
