William returns to Midland to report back to his boss, George, and to search for answers. Aside from having poor bedside manners, George seems to be remarkably convinced that he knows more about the incident in Orwell, than William himself. Another case of, “Trust the Science.”

William Steven’s travels to Orwell to get the scoop on the rebellion planned by the Orwellians. After attending an early morning ceremony, Steven’s quickly learned that things weren’t what they seemed. To the horror of everyone, a mysterious beast arrives and begins wreaking havoc.

We are introduced to William Stevens as he recounts the events that led to the fall of Utopia. William meets with his boss, George, about a story he would like to cover pertaining to the village of Orwell. Supposedly, a revolution has begun in Orwell that could lead to a revolt against the Rulers.

William Steven’s is atop the tallest building in the city of Utopia, recording his own report of an attack by a massive beast on the city. He sounds frightened and regretful as this monster appears to be the consequence of a great injustice. The monster’s name is Giganotus Rex.
