The girl out there

In the middle of driving children around, sorting life with a new puppy baby, balancing the emotions of all of us in different stages of our lives, arrive these magical glimmers of LOVE.  Here we are at episode 100- holy banana pants!! Behind the scenes,  I spend hours at night editing episodes, listening and re listening to make sure that the message arrives to the audience...things may not be perfect but hopefully the feeling of goodness is felt.     Dear Diary and I scrambled to find some time this week (as we often do) to chat together and then in the middle of all the mess of life, she surprises me with the sweetest gift.  She had taken time to write a song and then SHE PERFORMS it for all of you today!!    There is nothing more beautiful to me, then this amazing gesture of time and notice about me.   You could fill a room around with me jewels and fancy items, but for someone to take the time to focus in and be aware is the greatest gift.  To be seen.  

This is all I hope for as this podcast continues....that I give a space for people to be seen.  Thank you Stephanie for this amazing gift!

Welcome to the official start to Season 3! Today you will hear from the wonderful Carolina Miranda.

Carolina is a long-time a North Shore resident navigating the beautiful and complex world of raising a child with a disability through a spiritual lens. Today we will discuss a few topics which may be triggering for some: including miscarriage and a life journey raising a child with a disability. Carolina wants to be mindful of all those who are listening, once again showing her beautiful soul!

The energy of February is here.  We are being tested in these months and seeing what we are ready to say goodbye to for good and what we want on our voyage.  Pay attention to what is showing up and also to your reactions.  Some of what needs to be released is OUR REACTIONS.  They are old.

Because January feels like it is going on and on and on...we decided to bring in a bit of humour !!  I am excited to begin to invite guests back to the podcast in the next few weeks but I am learning (slowly) to not force it all to be done at once. So for now the podcast is a window into real life with me

Just a fast drop in about the energy of January and some of my few little weekly thoughts ❤️

I have been stuck inside with the snow and falling trees, and I got a nudge to welcome back season 3 a few weeks early.  We are bringing in a beautiful year of ENERGY 7 and I am very excited for what is to come.  Tune on in for a little dose of bliss and info! I have missed the world of podcasting.

This is the final episode of season 2! I have made the decision to say goodbye as I want what I say to others to be what I live!! I need to sleep 😄😄😄. I will be back with more guests and our dear diary in a few months ❤️. Thank you for all the love and support
