This episode is for the woman who has survived things that most people don't know about - because she doesn't look like what she's been through.
If you have ever been in a relationship where you were abused, if you are rebuilding your life after a narcissistic partner, or if you are a single mother trying to figure out where to go next — this one is for you. I am living proof that you can absolutely come out of this. That your life does not have to reflect the things you have been through. That you can find real, healthy, lasting love on the other side of it.
In this episode I'm sharing three identity shifts that changed everything for me after my own experience with narcissistic abuse — the lessons I wish someone had told me when I was in my late teens and early twenties trying to figure out how to survive, let alone thrive.
We talk about extracting the lesson from the pain instead of becoming a victim to it, getting so clear on who you want to be that no one can deter you from becoming her, and allowing your story to be used — by God, by your soul mission, and by the women who need to hear exactly what you've been through.
I also share something I've never talked about this openly before. My own story. And I hope it reminds you that you are not alone, you are not damaged goods, and the life you want is still absolutely available to you.
As always, these messages are delivered with love, never judgment.
