Welcome to a NEW 7 Day Series! Over the next seven days we are looking at how you can get started with Email Marketing.
Today we will talking about why start with email marketing, how social media is fickle and how you need to get your Super Customers onto your list and start building relationships with them off-line.
We have been looking at automating your business over the last 7 episodes. As we conclude the series we are looking at using auto-responders to deliver your lovely freebies to be delivered to your crowd.
We have previously covered automating your newsletter, customer service, Facebook, Twitter and your blogs.
We have been discussing the ways in which you can automate your business and save stacks of valuable time. We have already covered scheduling Social Media, Blogs, Newsletters and today's topic is automating your Customer Service.
An automated customer service system will make sure that you don't continually need to answer the same questions, that your customers feel well looked after and it will save you stacks of time too!
The 7 Days to Automate Your Business has looked at automation and why to use it, automating your tweets on twitter, automating your facebook posts, automating your blogs and today we are looking at automating your newsletters!
Today we will be tackling automating your Tweets on Twitter. I am going to tell you all about some secret little tools I use to put my Twitter marketing on auto piolt and how I continue to manage my Twitter marketing in very small chunks of time.
The first bit of automation we're going to tackle is your Facebook posts. If you're in the habit of posting on Facebook when you remember, which is kind of sporadically, you're not doing your marketing any favours. Why not think about creating lots of great FB posts in one batch (you'll really get into the swing of it if you do it this way) and schedule them to appear over a few days or weeks. This means you'll never suffer from 'neglected FB page syndrome' and you can pretty much set and forget, other than checking back for a few minutes each day to respond to comments and queries
I use lots of automation in my business. It might sound techie or slightly boring (yawn) but I promise it isn't! Automating certain aspects of my business means that I free up my time to spend on things that add value and really matter. It means certain aspects of my business run themselves and they work automatically, every time. Let me explain how you can free up time in your business just by automating a few little things
Today I've got what I call The DOUBLE M approach - it comes from 2 very different businesses who are both BRILLIANT at getting us to spend more than we intended. It's pure genius and YOU can use this approach in your business - you just need to get your thinking cap on and come up with the perfect approach for you. Let me tell you more about DOUBLE M....
Did you think loyalty schemes are just for coffee shops and nail bars? Think again, lady! There is NO reason why you can't have a loyalty scheme in your business. You might not call it a loyalty scheme but that's what it is - it's a way of rewarding customers based on their spend or number of purchases AND based on referrals they send your way. The best loyalty schemes double up by encouraging existing customers to keep coming back AND by rewarding them for telling their friends. You can do this. Let me tell you how...
