The Good Fight Of Faith II With Pastor Chingtok Ishaku
In this second part, we start off by identifying the importance of intentions in our fight. Our Intentions must be to end wickedness not to have comfort, defeat our enemies, or have a narrow escape. In this sermon, we explain the importance of judging wickedness and the consequences when we do not arise to do so.
We establish that we are warfare, and while we necessarily do not physically hold instruments that portray that, we must be conscious that certain actions are our weapons of warfare against wickedness.
Every action of faith is an acquisition of the Knowledge, of God that nobody can take from you. The amount of God you inherit is the amount of honor you have in your heart when you set out to know God.
We also identify that we must war against any form of entitlement mindset as seen in the children of Israel that stops us from praying and permits room for complaint and disappointment.
A major weapon against anxiety and entitlement is Thanksgiving, It is not mechanical but it's meant to spring out from the knowledge of who you have prayed to. My Ultimate Faith Advice: Do as much as you can do and do it with as much honor you can have, don't make honor reduce your sacrifice, and don't make sacrifice reduce your honor.
God cannot do anything for a man who does not have faith.
