INTERVIEW [STUDIO]: Cassper Nyovest will be going up
against fellow rapper Priddy Ugly in a celebrity boxing
exhibition match next weekend. He recently raised
concerns about the upcoming fight saying that sponsors
and TV partners have pulled out. Cassper joins us in
studio.

ARTS: Eugene Mthethwa who is a member of the
legendary kwaito group Trompies says he’s received
only R5.43 in royalties this year. This follows the South
African Music Rights Organisation’s statement that it
had paid more than R13 million to artists. We now speak
to Eugene. We reached out to SAMRO but they
unfortunately declined to comment.

A South African school has made the top
three shortlist for the World’s Best School Prizes
competition. Pinelands North Primary School which is
based in Cape Town is a finalist in the “Overcoming
Adversity” category and they stand a chance to win R4.4
