Next Week Tuesday is King MisuZulu Day in all
KZN schools. The provincial department has instructed
schools to wear traditional attire to celebrate and honour
the beginning of Misuzulu KaZwelithini’s reign as the new
King of the Zulu nation. We now speak to Kwazi Mthethwa,
spokesperson for the MEC of Education in KZN.

BE DRIVEN: 32-year-old Mpumalanga based Lebohang
Dhludhlu is a qualified electrical engineer turned poultry
farmer. The multi award winning business woman grows
and sells chickens to about 300 clients in Mpumalanga
and Gauteng through her company Nkanyezi Farming.
She’s created job opportunities for 79 women who sell
her processed chickens. She joins us on the line.

The Department of Education in the Eastern
Cape has announced that matriculants in the province
will for the first time, write their trial exams in IsiXhosa and
Sesotho. The subjects that will be translated include
Mathematics, Physical Science, Life Sciences, History,
Agricultural Science and Accounting. We now speak to
Vuyiseka Mboxela, spokesperson for MEC of the Eastern
Cape Education Department.

Trade union federation Cosatu has made a call
to all South Africans to down tools tomorrow. The federation
says the national strike is a response to ongoing load
shedding, fuel price hikes and escalating food prices. We’re

AVIATION UPDATE with Phuthego Mojapele

FASHIONABLE FRIDAY [STUDIO]: Inga Gubeka is an
Eastern Cape born founder and owner of luxury leather
goods Inga Atelier and clothing brand Ascend. Beyoncé
featured the bags brand on her website. He studied
interior design and later established an interior deco
company which he’s no longer a part of. He joins us in
studio.

ARTS: This Saturday King Misuzulu is scheduled to have
his kraal entering ceremony in KwaNongoma, KZN. Earlier
this week we spoke about his brother Prince Simakade
being declared as the new king of the Zulu nation. We
now focus on the musical element of this ceremony and
we’re joined on the line by historian Mbuso Khoza.
