Makaziwe Mandela is defending her right to
export and sell items that belonged to her father, Nelson
Mandela. The SA Heritage Resources Agency says these
items cannot be exported because they are heritage

TECH TUESDAY[STUDIO]: September is Innovation Month,
and four creatives from different backgrounds have joined
forces to establish a digital advertising agency called MOED
(Mowed). We’re now joined in studio by the CEO of the
agency, Lebogang Mokubela.

The first ever mobile shower, called Nina Manzi
helps the homeless community take care of their basic
hygiene. The Cape Town based initiative gives the homeless
access to a hot shower through a voucher that a member
of the public gives them, or that they earned through

ARTS: Legendary musician Dr Latozi “Madosini” Mpahleni
will be honoured for her contribution to advancing
indigenous music. Madosini, as she is affectionately
known, is regarded as a national treasure for having
taken traditional music beyond the borders of Africa
through the use of instruments like uhadi,
isitolotolo and umrhubhe. We’re now joined by
Masechaba Khumalo spokesperson for the Minister of
Arts and Culture.

President Cyril Ramaphosa has appointed a
nine-member National Anti-Corruption Advisory Council.
The members of the council will serve a three-year term
starting today. The council is also expected to give input
on government’s response to the recommendations in
the State Capture report.
